The funds raised from the upcoming seed round will be used to accelerate the development and global launch of Voidbound: Beyond Survival. Chronoscope Studios is committed to strategic, transparent, and responsible financial management, ensuring that every dollar contributes directly to long-term growth and value creation.

The proceeds will be allocated across five key categories, balancing development priorities, market expansion, and risk management.

Allocation Breakdown

• Game Development (40%) The largest portion of the funds will be reinvested into the continued development of the game. This includes expanding the core development team with additional engineers, artists, and designers, as well as funding the creation of new content, gameplay systems, and post-launch updates. The goal is to deliver a polished, content-rich experience that continues to evolve long after release.

• Marketing and User Acquisition (25%) A robust marketing and community engagement strategy is critical for establishing Voidbound’s global presence. Funds will support digital advertising, influencer partnerships, social media campaigns, and community-building initiatives aimed at driving player acquisition and retention across key markets.

• Smart Contract Development & Security Audits (15%) A portion of funds will be directed toward blockchain infrastructure, including the design and optimization of Voidbound’s smart contract suite. Comprehensive third-party security audits will ensure the integrity and safety of the token, NFT, and marketplace systems.

• Operations & Legal (10%) This allocation covers legal compliance, accounting, and administrative operations, ensuring the project meets international regulatory standards. Chronoscope Studios will work closely with legal and financial professionals to maintain transparency and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

• Contingency (10%) A prudent reserve will be maintained for unforeseen expenses and potential development or market challenges. This buffer allows the studio to adapt quickly to changing conditions without disrupting production or delivery timelines.
